This resource provides a practical pathway to help you guide your student leaders from the beginning of their leadership journey right through to the end. It will help you develop your leaders, keep things moving across each school term, and finish the year intentionally.
You will find suggested training sessions, term-by-term blueprints, meeting agendas and practical tools for the year-long journey. The aim isn't to create more work for the teacher overseeing student leadership, but to provide enough structure so that you don't have to continually work out what should happen next.
